You remain in control of the files you choose to open, convert, resize, save, or print using the app.

Printer App uses the system printing features available on macOS to help you print supported files.

When you choose to print a file, macOS may communicate with your selected printer, printer driver, network printer, or related system print services. This process is handled by macOS and your selected printer setup.

Printer App does not collect, upload, or store the content of printed documents.

  1. PDF Conversion and PDF Resize

Printer App allows users to convert supported files into PDF format and resize PDF pages.

These actions are performed locally on your device. The app does not upload documents, images, PDFs, or converted files to any external server.

Converted or resized files are saved only when you choose to save them on your Mac.

  1. Recent Files

Printer App may store basic recent file information locally on your Mac to help you quickly reopen or manage previously used files.

This may include:

• File path
• File type
• Last opened date

This information is stored locally on your device and is not shared with us or any third party.

You may remove recent files from within the app if this option is available.

  1. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Printer App does not track users across apps or websites.

Printer App does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Printer App does not collect analytics data.

Printer App does not sell user data.

  1. Internet Access

Printer App does not require an internet connection for its main printing, PDF preview, PDF resize, and PDF conversion features.

Some system-level printing services may use network access depending on your printer setup, such as wireless printing or network printers. This is handled by macOS and your selected printer setup, not by Printer App.

  1. Third-Party Services

Printer App does not share your personal information or documents with third-party services.

If future versions of the app add optional services that process data outside your device, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time such features are made available.

If Printer App is purchased through the App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple. Printer App does not collect or store your payment card details.
